Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Please note that items must be unwashed and unused, and in their original condition to qualify for return.
Please visit our returns center by selecting "Return Your Order" under My Account at the bottom of our webpage. Then enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is not included.
All items must be returned in the same condition you received. Please note, with respect to the Beach in a Bag, returns will only be accepted with all items included: Two Removable Zip Nauti Dry Bags, White Performance Snapback Hat and Classic Beach Towel. If an item is missing, the return will not be processed.
Upon arrival, returns may take 5-7 business days to be processed by Nauti Team.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
