Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Can I order a Beach in a Bag without the matching accessories?
At this time the Beach in a Bag can only be purchased with all the matching accessories. The Nauti Beach Bag can not be purchased separately.
Can I order the Nauti Dry Bags separately?
No. The Nauti Dry bags only come with the Beach in a Bag purchase.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas? Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we do not ship outside of the United States.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, Please note that the items are larger in nature and may not be shipped to PO Boxes
Do I need to send back my free gift with my return?
We’re so sorry that your item(s) did not meet your expectations and we are committed to providing premium customer service to our customers and accept returns of unused or gently used products free of charge.
However, if your returned items make your order fall below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift in order for your refund to be processed. We apologize for any disappointment this causes.
If a Beach in a Bag is returned, please include the free gift, if applicable.
Return Policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Please note that items must be unwashed and unused, and in their original condition to qualify for return.
Email support@nautiatthebeach.com to start a return. A shipping label with instructions will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is not included.
All items must be returned in the same condition you received. Please note, with respect to the Beach in a Bag, returns will only be accepted with all items included: Two Removable Zip Nauti Dry Bags, White Performance Snapback Hat and Classic Beach Towel. If an item is missing, the return will not be processed.
Upon arrival, returns may take 1-3 business days to be processed by The Nauti Team.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Yes, we recommend you washing beach towels before the first use.
